The first of many rooms that housed the highest levels of the political and administration system.  These rooms were enormous. Standing there it was fascinating to imagine the extraordinary people who once presided over the government systems of this city.

This is where foreign ambassadors sat while waiting to be received by the Full Council.  How regal!
