Rhubarb Crisp Recipe

Rhubarb Crisp

8 cups sliced rhubarb
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt

Topping: 1 cup dry oatmeal
               1 cup flour
               1 cup brown sugar
               1/2 tsp baking powder
               1/4 tsp baking soda
               1 & 1/2 cubes of cold butter

Spray a 9x9 baking dish with vegetable spray. Mix the first four ingredients together. Pour into baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients. 
Pour the topping mixture over the rhubarb mixture. 
Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes until topping is golden brown.
