AND THE WINNER IS……… Our family’s ‘Biggest Loser’ competition is officially over and our son in law, Jon, won the individual title by losing 24.6 pounds – (9.79%)!! He looks great! Yeah for Jon! He now has bragging rights for a while! Katie and Jon won the ‘couples’ title as well so they took home all the money!! $$$$ Hopefully we keep the ball rolling and continue to eat well and get more exercise until we reach our individual goals. Even though there was one top ‘loser’, it was fun being a part of this and one more way for all of us to be more aware of the food we are eating.
