Sheesh - why didn't I think of this before?! I LOVE iced coffee but always hate when the ice cubes melt and water it down so I am definitely doing this! I know - I know. There are those of you wrinkling up your nose right now just thinking about drinking cold coffee but the taste of strong cold coffee with a splash of half and half.... mmmmmm, Yummy!
