NEW DAY! J
This morning I had whole wheat cereal with almond milk and fresh strawberries for breakfast. Lunch consisted of a baked potato and corn. Supper is brown rice and black beans. We had fruit kabobs of fresh strawberries and bananas along with almonds and cashews for snacks. J Much better day!!
